Happy New Year!

Hi, I can't believe that I am 33 minutes into 2009. Happy 2009! You may wonder how I celebrated the new year?? Well, unlike what happens back home, there is certainly not that much fanfares around the Christmas. So, it seems easy to forget that we are actually on the verge of the end of 2008. But to celebrate, my colleagues and I all went out for a yummy 'yuan dan' new years' eve meal, I went and borrowed some movies from them and came home feeling quite excited to break into my new TV, watching some western videos. Yep, you read correctly! I broke down and bought a TV so that I am not climbing into bed at 8pm. I'm pretty stoked about the fact that now I can have a little bit more entertainment at home. The cool thing is that by having this dvd player, it is a radio. So, I'm pleased. At any rate, may you have a wonderful new year!!
